Taxes: 12.5% Tennessee lodging tax will be added to rates above.
Housekeeping: There are no extra cleaning fees added if you stay 3 nights or more. If you stay 5 nights or more, we will even freshen up the cabin on the 4th day. For stays of 2 nights, however, we must add a $50 cleaning fee.
Pets: Small (35 pounds or less), well-behaved dogs permitted with prior approval and $75 non-refundable pet fee.
Military Discount: We are a military family and proudly offer members of the armed forces a 10% discount. Please inquire at the time you make your reservation.
Deposit: $200 refundable deposit due within 7 days of making a reservation.
